The work around a sales conversation.

Connecting preparation, live guidance and follow-through in an AI-assisted sales workflow.

Founder project note. The illustration explains the idea; it is not a product screenshot or a measured customer outcome.

Start before the conversation

A sales conversation does not begin when someone picks up the phone. It begins with understanding who the conversation is with, why it is relevant and what is already known. pripitch brings that preparation into a product spanning research, live call guidance and follow-through.

The answer needs somewhere to go

The interesting question is not simply whether an AI system can generate a good briefing. It is whether the information is useful at the point of work, and whether anything valuable from the conversation reaches the person responsible for the next action. That makes the before, during and after part of one design problem.

The design question

Preparation, live guidance and follow-through are useful only when they belong to a connected workflow. Looking at a product this way puts the quality of the input and the next action alongside the quality of the answer.

What this means for your organisation

When you review an AI use case, map the two steps before the answer and the two steps after it. Ask who supplies the context, who acts on the result and what happens to an exception. The best improvement may sit on either side of the generated output.

Design for the conversation and its consequences, not just the briefing.
